What You’ll Be Doing:

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be out on the streets, making sure everything runs smoothly for our drivers, passengers, and partners.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Monitoring street operations to ensure on-time performance and route adherence.
  • Performing vehicle and safety checks, including wheelchair securement and cleanliness inspections.
  • Responding to accidents or incidents and helping get service back on track with minimal disruption.
  • Conducting gate checks and verifying that vehicles, paperwork, and operators are all set for service.
  • Providing real-time field support—from passenger issues to vehicle change-outs.
  • Working with dispatch, maintenance, and safety teams to keep everything aligned and moving.
  • Identifying detours or reroutes due to traffic, construction, or emergencies.
  • Accompanying operators to medical facilities and ensuring drug/alcohol testing protocols are followed if required.
  • Filling shifts in a pinch to make sure service never skips a beat.
  • Reporting field observations and providing input that helps shape future training and safety improvements.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement is a must
  • Transportation experience (in a similar service or operation)
  • A clean safety and service record
  • Comfort navigating emergency situations and solving problems on the fly
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with the Naples area and our vehicles/systems is a plus
  • Ability to work independently, stay objective, and bring solutions to the table

 Why Join MV?

  • You’ll be a key player in keeping our community moving.
  • You’ll work with a team that values safety, service, and each other.
  • You’ll grow in an environment that supports your career goals and appreciates boots-on-the-ground leadership.
