As a Paratransit Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a transit motor vehicle and providing excellent customer service for a Twenty-four (24) Seven (7) Operation. Personal Days Off: 2 days after completing 1 year, 3 days after 3 years, 4 days after completing 5 years of employment contingent upon appropriate attendance.
Sick time: 40 hours of paid after 12 months of employment
Jury Duty: Up to 5 paid days of jury duty service after 12 months of employment
Bereavement Leave: up to 3 days for qualifying family members
Paid Holidays: 8 paid holidays
Driver Vacation Time:
1-2 completed years of service shall earn five (5) days (40 hours) of vacation per year.
3 completed years of service shall earn ten (10) days (80 hours) of vacation per year.
4 or more completed years of service shall earn fifteen (15) days (120 hours) of vacation per year.
10 or more completed years of service shall earn twenty (20) days (160 hours) of vacation per year.
