- Manage instructor certification, recertification, qualification, assessment, coaching, and train-the-trainer processes while building sustainable classroom and Behind-the-Wheel training capability across assigned divisions.
- Ensure training compliance, documentation accuracy, record completeness, and audit readiness through ongoing monitoring, validation, corrective action, and oversight of OET, ELDT, Training Provider Registry, required evaluations, refresher training, and related training requirements.
- Conduct division assessments and audits to validate instructional quality, program execution, instructor performance, training resources, regulatory and client compliance, and completion of required corrective actions.
- Review and approve regional training budgets, validate staffing and operating assumptions, monitor actual performance and material variances, and coordinate corrective action or reforecasting with division, regional, and finance leaders.
- Analyze training, safety, compliance, operational, and financial performance metrics to identify risk trends, training gaps, and improvement opportunities, and develop data-driven recommendations and targeted interventions across assigned regions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training interventions and enterprise initiatives to determine whether they produce measurable and sustained improvement, and ensure outcomes and completion evidence are appropriately documented.
- Prepare and present regional performance reporting, executive summaries, scorecards, and recommendations to support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Coach division leaders to establish sustainable accountability for training assignment, delivery, documentation, review, and follow-up without shifting ongoing division-owned responsibilities to the RTM.
- Serve as the training subject-matter expert for client requests, RFPs, audits, bids, startups, transitions, specialized programs, curriculum requirements, and approved external training documentation.
- Provide regional field leadership through strategic division travel, cross-functional partnership, risk escalation, certification, coaching, assessment, and after-hours coordination when critical training or operational issues require support.
