Who You Are: Drivers are responsible for providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation for students while maintaining the highest level of customer service and safety.

• Morning Routes: Approximately 6:20 AM - 9:15/10:00 AM

Driver Job Responsibilities:

• Safely transport students to and from school and related activities.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain on-time performance and follow assigned routes.
• Provide professional and courteous service to students, parents, school staff, and the public.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and transportation staff.
• Follow all company safety policies and state/local regulations.
• Utilize defensive driving techniques to ensure passenger safety.
• Maintain a safe work environment and commitment to safety at all times.

Talent Requirements:

• Must have CDL B with Passenger endorsement - willing to assist the right applicant(s) on receiving proper endorsement if needed. 
• Ability to report to work on time and in proper uniform as outlined in the Employee Handbook. 
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Maintain a strong attendance record.
• Perform pre-tip and post vehicle inspections.
• Safely operate a passenger transportation vehicle.
• Follow company safety and operational rules and procedures.
• Write reports in coherent, legible manner.
• Other functions that may be assigned.
